Shaker ball person not doing their job
Love the color and design and it does not leak. However I would've given 5 stars but….like others have stated…..I did not get the shaker ball. Idk who's in charge of balls there, but they're not wanting to give them away. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this to mix protein shakes but the ball only doesn't blend the fruit which I used banana and 3 strawberries . I chopped them up small but the ball just doesn't blend them well enough to make a smoothie . I went ahead and bought a small blender with blades and that works very well .

Cute cup, but ....
Love the color, but the blending thing at top doesn't do well for powdered protein makes it clumpy. Would suggest they ad an agitator ball for this reason.
