Item worked great for what I needdd. I did have to take an angle grinder to adjust to my specific needs. However, the entire thing we made of good quality.

Exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. Product is great, works well and arrived timely.

These are sturdy well constructed and adjustable. They worked perfectly in my old school file drawers.

This is a great rack for my hanging file folders. They are a tad bit hard to cut, but I realize that they need to be strong. I'm a 71 year old women and I managed it just fine, so I'm sure anyone else with a bit of muscle and a good metal cutter can do it too. I just with that the end racks that hold the rods were a tad bit narrower, so that you can use them in either direction in your file drawers. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase!

It was very hard to break apart for the correct length you need!! I gave up on it and just bent it until it broke wherever and just made it work.

I thought these were already precut, why would you have to pick a length if you had to still cut them? I had to measure and get medal cutters to cut the length I needed.

I could not adjust to the cabinet drawer size. Side rails would still be too long even at the last notch.

Did not need

This should be an easy set up but it's frustrating. The side panel you have to hold straight while trying to tighten the screws and the panels keep slipping. Once secured, the excess side panel is difficult to break off to the desired length of the file drawer. I have used pliers and bent and it's not budging. In the process of trying to cut down to correct size the entire side panel is bending out of shape.
