I didn't notice it was just an open top and there is no way to seal it shut so it can't be used as a hot water bag.. oh well my mistake for being cheap…

Enema or enemy!
Do not waste your time in buying this piece of crap! First of all the “instructions” actually complicate things even more. Secondly, I have never seen an enema bag without a screw on stopper That means you have to be very careful not to tip it when it's full because you'll get it over the floor. I am waiting for the nurse that sees my next-door neighbors to see if she can put this crappy enema bag.
