Not only do I recommend this product I'm ordering another one right now for my son because even he wants to steal mine. I have never used one that helps but this does! You can adjust and use it to message your neck back shoulders legs arms and you can pretty much just use it for anything. Seems very well balanced great heat and relaxation. Warmth is very nice!!

Liked our old one better, but it finally died. I do, however, like the neck feature that fits me better as a shorter 5’3” woman. I was too short for the old one to help me.

After not even a month use, the top neck roller is making a screeching sound. Also the rollers don't reach lower back and upper shoulders area which is disappointing.

Massage activity is weak and doesn't move sideways. Massage is only good for one area at a time. A full back pad would makes this product better.
