Slightly healthier than the 1/2 gallon refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk. OK for coffee, Desserts. Has good consistency. This is the oil, so it will be a clear liquid.

This is our son's favorite coffee creamer. He's in his 40's and is allergic to milk, but this works great for him.

I've been using unsweetened coconut milk in my tea for years. It's the only alternative milk that doesn't leave an aftertaste. It doesn't taste good drunk by itself, but if you put it on granola or any sweetened cereal, it tastes just like real milk, and it's the only one that does. I love it!

Not too much natural taste but not displeasing

I had been using Thai canned coconut and although it was a lot of work to keep making it, I found it thick and tasty for my smoothies! This one is Ok but very watery and when my supply is gone I will go back to Thai in cans!

For something "organic" it's loaded with added crap. Watery. Flavorless. Ill stick with Thai kitchen. Thick, creamy, only 3 ingredients. Great flavor. This product is cheap for a reason.
