I bought the 6" length for me because I don't like a jumbled up coil on my desk. The standing talkers wanted 12', and the strollers wanted even longer. Go figure! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

There is not very much you can say about a telephone cord but this one is softer than others I have had. The softness leads me to believe that it will crack as my previous cords have done.

The Softalk Coiled Phone Cord works just as well as the original cord did. It was very inexpensive and is a great replacement cord for your home phone.

If you are looking for a really extra long cord, this one is not for you. I guess when it is completely stretched out, it may be 12 feet. But, straight out of the package, it is only about 2 coiled feet. However it is still a lot longer than the cord that came with the phone I ordered, so it basically suits my needs. But, had I known the actual coiled length, without it having to be pulled out, I would have gotten a longer cord.

The color of the cord wasn't exactly the color indicated on the web page. An almond cord was shipped, not ivory as indicated.

I don't know if I miss read or was misprint online, but was expecting 15' phone cord, black. Got 12' black cord, which was not long enough. It also was not a straight cord but one that was twisted like some phone cords are made. Would not work for my purpose at all. However, it was a brand name cord and I am sure it would have worked had I even tried it in a phone.

I bought this to extend the cord on the new ATT phone I bought. It does not work. It will not stay in place & becomes disconnected. Stick with what you bought. I lost money on this.

wHEN i PURCHASED THIS CORD MY VOLUME WENT FROM 100% TO ROUGHLY 30%---i RETURNED IT.
