this is like old style trim line phones. very sturdy. haven't used the features. it's nice phone, calls are clear. does what I need it to do. recommend to those needing a basic landline. Definitely would buy again.

I love my trimline phone. We have a cordless phone also, but when the power goes out the cordless is worthless. We have had our trimline phones sense before there ever were cordless phones. I will always have at least one in my house at all times. This is the first time that I've had to replace my old ones. They are wonderful.

It's nice having a corded phone that's available during power outages which render cordless phones useless. I had an older Trimline phone that developed problems after working very, very well for many years. I was hoping to find a similar unit and this fits the bill perfectly. This updated model also has some additional features my older Trimline didn't provide such as storage of frequently called numbers. I would certainly recommend this phone. Outstanding quality at a very reasonable price.

I wanted an extra land line to use for power outages and if I talked a long time on phone to save my battery on my cordless phone. I wanted a small phone to put on a small table. This phone met all my expectations and it is very easy to set up and use. No problems.

We needed a land line phone for kids apt for them to be able to buzz people in the entry door. This phone was an excellent option. It had a long cord but we were able to wrap it around inside/underneath the phone and hang on the wall. It has a piece you can flip around and it makes a hook to hold the receiver end from falling off when hanging on the wall.

Quick shipping. Just what I wanted - no bells and whistles! (unless you count the ringer and that can be turned off). It just receives and transmits voice.

I got this phone for 2 reasons. One I wanted a phone to use with my magicjack and this one works fine. Second, I needed a backup phone for when power goes out and my cordless won't work. The mfr. is reliable and builds quality products.

Great phone, short cord

I bought 2 of these phones. I won't give up my landlines until I have to by law! I got one for my bedroom and one for the living room. I got one a few years ago, a white one but the black ones are a little cheaper, in cost only thought. Great product.

I needed a smaller phone for bedroom stand. This phone is so light weight when you answer the phone, the rest of the phone falls to the ground and you lose the call. How do I get this phone to work? Don't know how to return?
