great product!
I bought this for my mom's phone and it fit perfectly! I did read the other reviews about this item, and decided to buy it anyway. I am glad I did! It did what it was suppose to do and help keep the cord detangled.

Softalk Rotating 360 Telephon Cord Detangler
I was charged 8.65 I suppose because I had free delivery. It would not work in my phone, damaging it so the regular phone cord would not stay in the port. I had to use carton sealing tape to hold the cord in until I could get the phone replaced. I did get a return authorizationthe Softalk to return the item.

Should have listened to the other reviews
Against everyone else's suggestions, I reluctantly purchased this phone swivel cord anyway. BIG MISTAKE! They were right. It didn't fit, didn't work at all! Please save yourself some time, money and grief. Don't make the same mistake I did:-(

Doesn't work
This doesn't actually fit in the phone so you either have to hold it in place while you are speaking or it just falls out. Giant waste of money.
