Have to use this kind of calcium. Found to be very reasonable in price.

Folks, this is a capsule so there's no "Texture, Chew or Taste". The Size is normal, and what could be more Convenient than swallowing a generic looking, smooth, white capsule? The only reason I purchased this product is that it is Calcium Hydroxyapatite (better absorption), and the price was the best I found.

I dislike that you have to take 4 capsules to get to the 1000 mg. I have taken many different calcium products. This one I can see an increase in calcium in my blood work. The others did not and my doctor kept increasing the amount of calcium being taken. Excellent product.

This particular vitamin is very hard to find. Swanson is one of the very few companies to carry it. Their price is competitive, it is easy to order online, and their shipping is fast.

It did not come "WITH SUPPORT MINERALS" as pictured. The support minerals include: Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Chromium, Sodium, Potassium. Very disappointed about the missing minerals.

I would give it 5 stars, but 4 tablets to get the amount my body needs is a bit much. (Of course I also have to take a different type of calcium with this to get my body to have the correct amount of calcium needed for lab work) This is absorbed way better than any calcuim product sold at the regular stores.
