CELERY SEED VS PILLS
I TAKE TWO DAILY ALONG W/BLACK CHERRY JUICE CAPSULES TO HELP LESSEN THE PAIN OF GOUT (WHICH USUALLY HITS ME DURING MY SLEEP). I WAS TOLD THIS WOULD HELP ALLEVIATE PAIN, AND IT DOES, BUT STILL NEED TO FOLLOW PROPER DIET.

Natural and effective supplements.
I take one to two capsules daily along w/black cherry concentrate capsules and try to drink a lot of water. This helps alleviate the pain of gout, and the backaches. Easy to take.
