I've been using this choline supplement for a while now, and I definitely feel a benefit in terms of mental clarity and focus. The timed-release feature is helpful to avoid frequent doses. However, the capsule size is a bit too large for my liking, and I wish the package was slightly smaller for better portability. Overall, a quality supplement, especially if you're dealing with choline deficiency.
