Works great for kidney stones.
If you get kidney stones from eating protein, this might help. I struggled for years with daily kidney stones and choline finally got rid of them. Going vegan helped a lot but even plant protein gives me stones. This got rid of them. I take it anytime I eat higher protein foods that I know cause stones, like legumes and quinoa. It works every time. Bye bye stones. Good luck.
