Benefitting from Supplementing
I've been benefitting from supplementing with Vitamin A for a long time from the Solaray company, which has been solid for some time. High hair and nail growth rates are noticeable. Beware of Vitamin A toxicity by supplementing too often. Daily dosages may not be best.

A FAVORITE SUPPLEMENT
I've used this supplement for years with great benefit. Since it hasn't been available here since last summer, I took a chance and purchased another one with negative outcome over the past 6 months. Unfortunately, I have to purchase this product elsewhere now. I just want to say what a difference this supplement made for me and how well it works. I'll never use a different brand again.
