For my Senior Citizen age and Geriatric Immune health and Joint issues, like calcium deficiency of Ostio arthritic and later developing Rheumitism, I think taking more auto-immune supoliments that help my joint health issues. My mother and I still take One-a-day Vitamins.
I like the amount of Calcium %26 Magnesium in these. Zinc is also in them which a therapist told helps with depression. Other brands don't have as much calcium. Con is that the dosage is 3 tablets but that's the case even with other comparable brands.

The size of this medication is easy for me to swallow, there is no bitter taste. I like that it provides several supplements needed for bone health.

Was very pleased with my order for Calcium - Mag. supplements.
I've only very recently started taking these vitamins, so I think it's too soon to notice a difference in how I'm feeling. But I have heard many good things about these vitamins and the brand, “Amazing Formulas”. I am confident that this combination of four supplements will be very beneficial to my over health!
