Will start taking 1 Nov 2023 for the first time. So hard to tell benefits talked about on social media platforms. Quality can be reassured as other Solaray products are of high quality. Ingredient as packaged as I needed in capsule form. Delivery was super fast for a product arriving from the USA! Keep it up iHerb.
A doctor recommended that I take magnesium and recommended this brand. I thought I was getting a good price for the bottle, but the recommended dose if 4 capsules. These will be gone in no time and I'm not even sure they are helping. I will keep trying to take them for the recommended 6 to 8 weeks, but I will also try and find a brand that is a little more cost effective.
This product worked OK I think there's some better ones out there for a less price
Misleading label - each capsule only has 100mg and should be marked as such. Disregarding the label (or rather when read correctly), product is nice (with correct dosage). They should change the confusing marketing strategy, tho. We'll see right through you, Solaray.
this product is bad .the container was not seald properly. the capsules smell bad and gave me stomach upset when even magnesium citrate did not..what i can guess is that this product is made from magnesium oxide and probably made in china/ for sure it isn't made in the usa.(the box dosent even say where its made. its cheap but i will try to get my money back. i wish i could send it to a lab to prove my point.i will keep on using the thorne citramate which was very good.i just wish thorne made magnesium glycinate.
Magnesium Glycinate is supposed to be better, in terms of other Magnesium supplements, but I couldn't tell, as it didn't make me feel any different, neither relaxed nor sleepy nor lesser pain. i bought this as a nighttime sleeping aid, but it had no effect ...
