Know what you need and get the best
Methyl is the BEST form of vitamin B and this particular Brand has a complete composition of all of the B vitamins. I don't want more than I need so B-50 is great.

I would be preferred the price to be a lower as I have purchased it, and other places for a lower amount. Having said that this vitamin complex is easily absorbed and superb for people with health issues.

Finally found the right dose
I am glad to have found a brand that does not supply a massive dose of B12. 50mgs is just enough for my daily needs, and does not leave me restless.

Nutrition is less obvious than a lot of meds.
I have tried this, I trust Solaray, but it is too soon to say if this nutrient does truly help me. I have noticed no difference, either way, so far.
