I love this menopausal phytoestrogen plus EFA's, this product brings me mental clarity, calmness, and hot flash relief. I am not extremely certain for now but this is the only change I'd notice for this past month. my hair fall is alot lesser, I still drop hair but the amount of hair fall is significantly lesser. now I am looking forward for less painful periods due to my Endo condition. mood, appearance or weight, no changes for now. I will review again if there are any new findings.

I haven't started having any peri-menopausal symptoms yet, since I'm only 39, but I was very interested in the benefits I might gain from these ingredients. I've been using this supplement for 3 months now, and during the first month of use, I did have some major night sweats (which I'd get every now & then during my PMS phase.) I found that a little weird since it's supposed to ease peri-menopausal night sweats. I suppose it was just my body adjusting to the ingredients, and they abated after that first month. One positive change I've noticed is the quality of my skin, my face in particular. I just feel like my face has more of a youthful glow than usual, and not just during my ovulation phase. Seems to stay all month long.

The capsules size is quite big and scary to swallow at first, they have no smell, scent or taste and they go down really easily. About the 🍒… since the phytoestrogens that r in bee pollen is what makes ur 🍒 grow i assumed it would do the same. They r not much bigger but they r definitely fuller now. Im very satisfied.

There is barely a scent, so I am glad it doesn't smell had like some black cohosh products. it is a quality product and a good size for value. this is part of my personal routine. the frequency I take this supplement is everyday, once a day to see the benefit.
