Great product for endurance both mental and physical. But I used it for about six months, its effect disappeared. Then read that Rhodiola requires to be cycled (off/on).I stopped taking it for two weeks then resumed it again. Now I feel its effect again. So, don't forget to cycle it.

have been using this product for several years and as a senior citizen, has been looking for something to increase energy levels throughout the day. The quality of this brand was just what I was looking for. I have increased energy all day long, and noticed when I stopped taking it for a brief time, I felt sluggish. The price and ingredients are top notch, have paid higher prices elsewhere, before a friend told me about IHerb. At my age this product is awesome!

With the addition of Schizandra I find it provides a better balanced energy than Rhodiola by itself. It gives me a physical energy as well as a pleasent positive mental calmness in the mornings. I tend to feel slightly drugged with Rhodiola alone in concentrations over 300mg per day. I take 300mg of Aswaganda KSM-66 before bed also as my main adaptogens. Sometimes I'll take Panax ginseng before long cycle rides. I've given up Coffee as it jolts me way too much. Green tea with Tulsi is fine instead of coffee, but I will drink it after lunch, not with Rhodiola.

I love this stuff. I've been taking it for a couple of years now off and on as needed. Gives excellent energy and helps with social anxiety and calming the mind for better decision making. It's definitely helped with my mental and physical stress and exhaustion.

I tried this supplement when I was going through perimenopause to see if it would help hormone related anxiety. It didnt really help though.
