I always forgot to take one of the "3 times daily" doses of St. John's Wort. My least favorite part was finding one in the bottom of my pocket after forgetting to take it a day or two earlier. I really appreciate the simplicity of the One Per Day pills from Solaray.

I'm really shocked that Solaray is't more popular. Ive been taking SJW since 1997. It changed my life drastically. Side note: I was told it was the "placebo effect" by my doctor six months after i started taking it. Coincidentally he was also the lead of a double blind study out of St. Raphael's Hospital in New Haven CT. I joined the study. We were given Standardized 0.3% Hypericin in 300mg tabs 3X per day (so 900 total) or a placebo. I knew within two days I was on the placebo. I started importing my SJW from Germany. Product called Perika Extract (WS 5570). It's the doctor prescribed medication there. Was on it for years before it became too expensive. Used Vitamin World for 12 years before they went out of biz. Tried at least 20 other brands. Friend recommended Solaray. It's very bit as good as Perika Extract (WS 5570). The best OTC brand I've ever tried by a country mile. And cheap! I was paying 6X as much for my Perika Extract (WS 5570) 25 years ago. This is a find and a half.

This specific St John's Wort has the flower portion of the plant. It is not a capsule of flake. It is a solid tablet. It gave me energy and I felt better the first day !+

Speedy delivery service. I like that is a one a day pill. Have been taking for two weeks n I cannot yet confirm any improvement on my mild depression. I'm hoedully it will work though. That is the reason for 4 starts.
