This is a dry form of the vitamin for those who've had bariatric surgery or for anyone who cannot take timed or oil based products for their health. There vitamin is tastefree.
This is a dry vitamin e so you need to eat it with some oil in your meal. I am very sensitive to oils and can only have a couple specific kinds. This makes it so I can take vitamin e with an oil that I'm not sensitive to.
I added this to my daily routine thanks to a holistic doctor's advise! I've been using it since 2019.
The make up of this vitamin E has the best type of readily available E as a supplement and works great.

I am just starting to take the dry vitamin E to see how it goes. It is supposed to be better for heart health. If I feel the difference after a few months, I will continue to purchase Solaray Vitamin E.

I need more time to evaluate this product. I've got a deficency of Vitamine E caused by Crohns Disease and need a couple months and Dr. Lab test in order to find out if it has helped
