Good for Payne Relief without side effects
Willow bark really makes my arthritis do better. Doesn't hurt my stomach.
This product works well to relieve inflammation. I take I three times daily when experiencing a flare up of pain with gout. I do experience a dull pain in my stomach when I take it on an empty stomach. I would advise some food before taking.
It is what it says it is. We open them up and give it to our aging puppy so she can live her best life.
I have been using this product for years and I feel it has contributed to reducing the pain and swelling in my joints.

i began taking this herb for anti-inflammatory effect -- unfortunately it did not help my arthritis at all -- but i discovered it is a great blood thinner, and since i cannot take the daily aspirin recommended by medical experts because it hurts my stomach, i take white willow bark instead with no side effects -- two capsules each day does the trick for me.
I use white willow back with my medication for arthritius and I feel much better.
