I trust solgar brand
I trust solgar brand and my lab values are commensurate with this trust. Some brands that I went cheap on didn't actually help with my blood work, solgar does.

good package and great value
My wife recommended this folic acid to me because it comes in a form that can be directly absorbed by the body. Good shipping, good package and good value. Don't know the effect yet.

I've been purchasing this brand iof methyl folate as recommended by my neurologist for over a decade. It's the closest to the pure form.

It was easy to order online. My order was processed quickly, and I received it earlier than expected. Folate is a difficult supplement to find on store shelves, so it is helpful that Walmart carries it to be shipped to their customers.
