Good Product
The product is a very great product to have on hand. When ever I can't fall asleep or I wake up in the nights and cannot fall back to sleep, I'll take a full dropper or more and fall asleep in about 10 minutes or less.

stick to benadryl
Not a fan. I used it one night and i never became drowsy. The next evening, I took a higher dose, still nothing. The evening after that one, i tried ONE more time, using THREE FULL doses... absolutely nothing. It's basically syrup in a jar. Not helpful for me. AT ALL
