I have bought this product from a few websites. But this brand is great for the price.

I use this when I wake up at night and have a hard time returning to sleep. I add it to a small glass of water and it really smooths me out for restful sleep

Great for relaxation

That would be definitely a good product, however, the potency is pretty low. For example, I use to use Valerian root extract, while living in Germany. 35 drops in 1-2 onces of water was sufficient. With this product I'd need triple this amount to feel any positive effect.

Used HerbPharm and it was quite good. Wanted to try this as price was much less. I am not impressed at all. Not even sure there is much valerian in it. Will not repurchase.

Terribly disappointed in this product. It was cloudy with black specs. It was obvious as soon as the bottle was opened that the liquid Inside went bad. Will not use or buy again. Can?t believe that no one checked before shipping.
