It's been my go to for years. I started to develop foot neuropathy in my right foot in my far right toes when I hiked and bothered me and researched in indicated to me that it could be a vitamin B deficiency. I take it daily as directed and it's taken care of the problem and for that I am thankful. Do my toes still hurt on occasion? Of course they do but overall, there's been a 95% improvement.

Not sure what to write but I do not like the taste at all. It is sweetened with Stevia (ick). That was my fault for not looking at the ingredients prior to purchase. Aside from that it still tastes terrible. I also don't like the fact that you take 1/4 of a tsp and have to "hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds" before swallowing? What is that all about? I just want to swallow and get on with it.

Good product, good price and fast shipping. Only 1 thing I didn't like and that was the taste. Tases and smells like vitamins. But what did I expect, it is a vitamin.

Is the Folate in this natural or is it Folic Acid? I need to know if it is okay for someone with a MTHFR Gene mutation to take
