Product is great but delivery is awkward. Placing 50 pound bag in a box seems like it would be fine except boxes come damaged with holes usually and in some the bag ruptures.

2nd time I have bought this .. just used to refill my existing pails.. Product works like it should.. and value priced vs purchasing 2X 25 lb pails.

Great value for Sodium Bicarbonate for pool
I bought this Sodium Bicarbonate to help with increasing the alkalinity in my pool. It worked! Great price and shipment of product.

Alkalinity Increaser works as advertised but came in paper bag. A resealable bucket or even resealable plastic bag would be nice. Paper bag how long will it last? What if it gets wet?

Picture doesn't match your product! And what I purchased was pictured in a resealable bucket ... not a bag, or bags with carry handles!! Go back to using the resealable buckets. It's worth a few extra $ to have this feature, AND also be able to safely carry your product without worrying about losing half of your purchase!!

Broken bags of pool chemicals left at front door
Item arrived in torn bags and powder contaminated. Can't use on my pool.

Didn't raise alkalinity, just pH
Came in plain paper bag with words sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). My pH was significantly raised and total alkalinity didn't budge. I am wondering if this product was mislabeled.
