Solid TV. Delivery was fine. No initial observed damage to the unit. Great price of $798 plus taxes. 2022 model but still with all the features I need.
Bought a couple months ago for my PS5, love it. Great picture and love the hands free Google Assistant
This Sony TV is amazing! I love the picture and sound. The ONLY problem was with the delivery. Both the shipping company %26 Walmart said it would be delivered on Wednesday 8a-4p. I waited…at 4:00pm, the delivery company said it would be here 6p-midnight. Then, Walmart claimed it was delivered at 2:40pm!!! It wasn't actually delivered until Friday morning. The delivery employees were wonderful, but had no idea why I was given a delivery day/time of Wednesday. I don't know where the communication problem originated. I only know how frustrated I was after rescheduling Wednesday appointments so I could be here all day.
Picture quality is excellent
It has a small clump of dead pixels, although it's imperceptible once you stand away two yards. I won't be returning it because it was such a hassle with shipping and installation. Still disappointing.
I saw two symmetric dark spots in the middle of the screen. Searched online and people said that this is common for big screens but I've decided to return this TV. Otherwise this TV looks awesome though.
I'm a big Sony fan so it when it was time to buy a new TV I settled on this model. It has been a pain since the first day I brought it home. The bulk of my issues came from the Google integration and I don't think that's any fault of Sony. But now after just two years a bright green line has appeared running down the left side of the screen. I won't be replacing it with another Sony TV.
I always order my big electric items from Costco , But for some reason I saw this tv on sale on Walmart website and I figured to give them a chance and sure enough it fired back on me . They never delivered the tv and when I called them back I was told the tv is no longer in stock and their is nothing they can do for me after being charged for this item over 2 weeks ago . This is by far the worst customer service I ever had . I can't believe Walmart would act like that . Just beware when you items that are on sale because they find a way to not fulfill your order . Next time I'll do the sure thing and order from Costco .
Looks like others, like myself, never got their order. It was delayed for WEEKS. Spoke to the distributor supervisor and everything, apparently they don't have the TV even though it was checked in there. Now Walmart issued me a refund but can't get the TV. PATHETIC. I even purchased the Walmart for early deals… like this one. I ORDERED RIGHT AT OPENING TIME. No one has even reached out to me, I've been having to chase all of this. Ridiculous. How is this even LEGAL?
We ordered this item on a great sale, it arrived earlier than expected via delivery. It was damaged on arrival, and then Walmart stopped carrying the television so we were forced to return as we couldn't exchange. Have to wait for another deal elsewhere.
