Solid TV. Delivery was fine. No initial observed damage to the unit. Great price of $798 plus taxes. 2022 model but still with all the features I need.
Bought a couple months ago for my PS5, love it. Great picture and love the hands free Google Assistant
This Sony TV is amazing! I love the picture and sound. The ONLY problem was with the delivery. Both the shipping company %26 Walmart said it would be delivered on Wednesday 8a-4p. I waited…at 4:00pm, the delivery company said it would be here 6p-midnight. Then, Walmart claimed it was delivered at 2:40pm!!! It wasn't actually delivered until Friday morning. The delivery employees were wonderful, but had no idea why I was given a delivery day/time of Wednesday. I don't know where the communication problem originated. I only know how frustrated I was after rescheduling Wednesday appointments so I could be here all day.
Picture quality is excellent
Upgraded from a 15 year old panasonic plasma . That had great picture . I just wanted to upgrade . Did not want to go with oled after having plasma for years . I truly love the pic on this sony though . It's bright enough for sure and on 4k it has a great picture . It's a very good mid grade tv . And I wanted sony quality
Last year I bought a Sony OLED, I was about to get another Sony OLED when I saw this model on sale. For my viewing (streaming and broadcast) I can't see the difference. I'm not a gamer and this television is placed in less lit space. Interfacing with DirecTv's cable box is not seamless on either television. I've had this television for a month & I'm pleased with the picture & the sound. I'm very happy with my purchase.
It has a small clump of dead pixels, although it's imperceptible once you stand away two yards. I won't be returning it because it was such a hassle with shipping and installation. Still disappointing.
I saw two symmetric dark spots in the middle of the screen. Searched online and people said that this is common for big screens but I've decided to return this TV. Otherwise this TV looks awesome though.
I'm a big Sony fan so it when it was time to buy a new TV I settled on this model. It has been a pain since the first day I brought it home. The bulk of my issues came from the Google integration and I don't think that's any fault of Sony. But now after just two years a bright green line has appeared running down the left side of the screen. I won't be replacing it with another Sony TV.
Ordered Sony Bravia XR X90K 75" TV on black Friday. It looked to be a very good deal. Dec 6th, I received an 86" LG tv instead. Spent 1/2 hour explaining to customer service they shipped the wrong TV and as suspected they dont have the correct one. Only offered a credit. Now, I am waiting for a freight company to contact me so I can schedule a pick-up to get this out of my house. Then, I will receive credit. Second time Walmart has pulled this scam on TV's with me, and there won't be a 3rd. BEWARE! Corporate America trying to make their numbers.. There were several other TV deals that weekend I could have went with. I blew it by choosing Walmart. Good Luck! You may be lending Walmart 1000s of dollars for 30 days.
