Horrible
I ordered this gift for my son for Christmas. I only received the black remote. The whole console was missing. I immediately called customer service the day the one remote was received. The rep and I both saw that it was marked as one item shipping. No indication the items would ship separately, however he did advise it's happened before so to Wait 48 hours. If nothing is received then to call back. Here I am on Christmas Day with no gift for my son except for a remote and now customer service is telling me nothing can be done because the item is marked as delivered and it's from a third party seller so no refund can be issued. Do better Walmart. I'm out $700.
