I've had these for a little while now and these headphones are easily one of my favorite electronic purchases! The sound is great and the different noise cancelling options make it even better. These along with "Nothing Ear (a) Wireless Earbuds" beat out Apple and Beats in my opinion. They even come with an aux cord if the battery dies (a charge lasts awhile) and a nice bag as well.

little big and my head is not small! I wear size L men's hats! so product falls off if I reach down to check the oven, lol. but sound is fine and not overwhelming (I'm xGen, so not super picky),button controls, charge speed, bluetooth great, connects and stays connected within 35 feet but that's as far as I've gotten from my phone, adjustable for even bigger heads (!) Totally worth the price.

These are excellent headphones! I have another pair like these and I love them too. The battery on my new pair is lasting 3 days, they are constantly used for my television from 8 am to 10 pm daily. The noise cancellation feature is excellent. I would highly recommend these to anyone and the sales price is phenomenal.

My grandson already had a pair of these that he and my granddaughter love. So I bought her her own pair so she can leave his alone. They are great at blocking out the outside noise and the sound is very good for their music.

Really impressed with these headphones. I can now hear things I didn't know I was missing in music. I tried them out on my lawnmower and I have to say the noise canceling feature is fantastic! The earcups are soft and fit well. They do not hurt at all. I would definitely recommend these.

These are a great pair of budget headphones. I was looking for something under 100$ and found these Q20's for 50$. For that price, with the available features on the Q20 upgraded model (which is now USB-C), it was a great buy. As far as the sound quality, the treble is beautiful. It can overpower the bass, but not in a way that makes you regret the purchase. If you're looking for bass, these headphones are okay. They aren't the most bass heavy set of headphones compared to beats or something more expensive, but they still provide a decent amount of bass to be satisfied. The NC is decent, but again at this price point , nothing too special. I do love that this is a USB-C style charging if you get the updated model. I purchased these thinking I was getting the older model and to my surprise the box stated that they were updated. The headphones are comfortable as well, not too much squeeze on the head but just enough so they don't slip off. The ear pads are also comfortable and I find them to be soft and plush.

Liked headphones - a Best Buy from Consumer Reports but was really interested in Noise Cancellation feature. Maybe I don't know how noise cancellation works with these but I didn't detect any lower background noise. Still have manual. Manual could have been better. On/off and volume easy. How to enable noise cancellation?

maybe I was reading wrong but it said it had good quality sound you know it does have good quality sound but not good quality loudness the noise cancellation cancels our noise but you don't need to have that done because you can hear everybody talking outside of the music that is playing it's not worth 60 bucks by far I've had cheaper ones to play better than that if it's good the earphones are real comfortable I like that part about them they're not cheaply made but the sound is yuck and I would not refer these earphones to anybody who wants good sound with quality loudness. I want a headphones feel like I'm in the dance hall or something not just feel like I'm listening to some kids headphones that don't need the volume up that loud the worst pair earphones I ever purchased for the price I do not recommend them for anybody who likes loud music along with clarity they both about it on the app but they don't produce it that at least in these earphones. I'm pretty sure they make better ones if they're more money and you know but the ones that they advertise is being super great is terrible and I will expect more from Anchor. well I'm trying to do next is find out how to return these things I bought them online cuz I don't want them I wasted my money

The head phones had great sound but they kept slidding off my head. I reached out to anker for help and was told to wear a head band to keep headphones in place. Definetly not happy with the product and the help I recieved.

I have tried on 2 occasions to get these headphones to work. No luck. The "instructions" are pictures without explanation as to what they mean. The buttons on the headphones are black on black with tiny symbols that I can't te. You need a magnifying glass and hold the buttons at an angle to see the tiny, shiny black image against the matte black background. There's a connection cord with a USBC end and an ancient USB on the other end. Sure can't plug that into my computer since it's from this century. These were at an elevated price, so I expected something a little more modern. I tried the website, which gave a little more info, just not enough to get these to work for me. I don't give up on challenges easily, but my time and frustration level is making me consider returning these now, before I waste more time and energy. At the fully closed head piece thing, they might still be too big for me. I haven't gotten that far to check. On the plus side, I noticed an L and an R inside the ear cups. Also, I got a red light to come on. I hear they have great sound, maybe I'll find out someday, lol!
