Great product, especially for those who can't take antihistamine or decongestant

22 yrs ago I wanted to get pregnant but I had to take antihistamines every day to survive and you cannot take them when you are pregnant. So I did lots of research and found this product. I started taking the max dose daily and within a couple of months I felt much better and did not need to take antihistamines. I still take it daily. I took the max dose for about 15 yrs now I take about 1/2 but I have only taken an antihistamine 1 time in 22 yrs and that was because my Mother used moth balls in her house and apparently I am very allergic to mothballs. I use to be allergic to feathers and now I own 30 chickens. I use to be horribly allergic to trees, tree molds and especially the fall leaves now no problems. Orcas a heavy rain will bother me and then I just take extra Quercetine and get relief. my 1st child started taking it at age 2. I crushed and put in apple sauce 1 pill 2 x a day. She was allergic to corn and now no prob. The second child started somewhere around early 2 also. The last one started the liquid at 1 and crushed pills at 1 1/2 and has no allergies ever. :)

This product was recommended to me by a friend. I believe it has helped my overall sinus health. It's a rather large pill and a bit hard to swallow (for me) but worth it nevertheless.

I feel the capsules are better. When I ordered recently Swanson was out of capsules so ended with tablets which for me not as responsive. Swanson was suppose to notify me when capsules are back in stock.

So far it's working as it should be.

Great product

Something in this medicine made me get super itchy. So bad that it hurt. It did take my eye irritation from the allergies away, but this medicine did not work for me overall. With there being only natural buffers, I'm not sure what would have caused this.

This seemed to do the exact opposite of what it was supposed to do. This put me into a funk until about a week after I finished the bottle.
