Bought this to control my acne. I used this before and bought it again. It clears my hormonal acne within 2-3 days. I take two a day and it controls the oil on the face as well. Must have for your acne. Clears acne under the jaw and chin. I tried everything, and noticed that this helps with acne the most. Also noticed that once I drink it for a week or two results last until I really start eating bad and a ton of sugar, so DIM really helps balance my hormones and keeps them balance even after stop taking them vitamins. Also keeps me zit free during monthly "thing". Highly recommend.

I have taken numerous herbs and supplements. I have previously taken DIM products. However, this particular DIM is more concentrated and therefore, require less daily dosage. DIM is made from an ingredient in cruciferous vegetables which aids a healthy immune system. I have absolutely no side-effects from this product. I would, and do, recommend it highly. .

My husband and I both use this product. It is natural, so it takes time to get the full effects. But, we keep ordering because it keeps working for us. Both use it to balance hormones. The price is right, too!

Heard about this supplement on Dr Oz and the benefits for females going through menopause or experiencing hormonal changes. I've only been taking it a few weeks, so can't honestly say for sure if it's helping; however, should know within a few more weeks. The only side affect that I've noted (as the internet advises) is darker urine output.

I found this product quite effective, I sleep better at night, I was hopping that it will help me to lose weight but I guess it is not for that kind of purpose.

I was taking another brand of Dim at the same strength for months and was balanced - felt human again. I ordered these because they were much less $ (1/2 the cost)- this was a mistake! I started taking these and by the second day was an irritable wreck again, I need to take 3 a day of these to achieve the balance obtained from 1 a day of my old brand. So my perceived value of twice the amount for the same price was in fact an illusion - the reality being actual cost is 33% HIGHER because I need to take 3 to get the same results. I've been satisfied with other Source Naturals products in the past so was very disappointed by the results with these. I'm not sure if this is just a quality control issue for this batch or an outright lie on the amount of DIM contained in the pills. But will not be purchasing from them again

These are okay, but I like the kind I was getting before..... can't remember the brand. These are large and not as easy to swallow. Bring back that last brand!

I was a BIG FAN of this product initially. Truly did give me the most beautiful complexion & a bit of an energy boost. While there were some benefits, after seeing this on Dr. Oz I ordered & began taking it. NEVER in my wildest dreams would I have guessed DIM (was a healthy veggie product) to be the culprit that caused excruciating pain in one knee for 6+ months. Rarely go to the Doc yet almost kowtowed & went, as I walked with a noticeable limp & it made it difficult to walk, much less work on my legs/feet. It kept me up at night "all night" with severe pain in that knee, worse upon getting up, or after lying/sitting down. No amount of OTC pain relievers worked. Began taking Juniper Berries, thinking perhaps it was uric acid buildup. That too failed to work, nor did large amounts of water to try & flush it out. I FORGOT to take DIM for a couple weeks and voila' the pain subsided until within 10 days I was/am completely free of pain that stayed with me since I began taking it. Unable to say how GRATEFUL I was to discover it wasn't arthritis, old age, etc... For me - it was DIM that caused so much pain. I will say -initially it did give me headaches, however my complexion noticeably improved, energy increased. Definitely NOT worth taking for the amount of pain or SLEEP LOST due to being in pain. This may not be the case for everyone - I don't know if there's an allergy component or what, but I do know I am beyond thankful to be RID OF THE AWFUL DEBILITATING PAIN. Plus fyi, it smells like you're taking MOTHBALLS, unpleasant smell. If I can help even 1 person from experiencing the awful pain I had by making them aware to be careful, I'm grateful. Would never have dawned on me that it was the DIM if I hadn't forgotten to take it. What a HUGE blessing in disguise that turned out to be. Please be careful if taking this, or you may want to check with your doc beforehand. Knowing what I know now, I would never take or recommend this product again, though it appeared to be something healthy. Everything in moderation I guess, even veggies! Live n' learn~
