I bought this supplement DIM for my wife. She has had complaints of a bloated stomach, hot flashes and difficulty losing weight for a long time. She's been using it for a little over a month now and the bloating and hot flashes are getting less. The urine gets a bit orange in color but that appears to be normal when you use DIM.

I've bought this same item from iHerb before and it was effective. This one isn't, which is a shame because I bought 2 large ones this time. The appearance, the taste and the smell are different. The tablets from the first bottle I bought (the effective one) was darker in color, had a stronger smell and had a more peppery taste. I would not recommend this brand of DIM because it has Piperine in it. Piperine can be dangerous for your liver, as it inhibits liver enzymes, meaning that this supplement can have more side effects then supplements containing DIM alone. I accidentally bought it unknowingly because a) there weren't maybe other options and b) the packaging was not that clear and I didn't look closely enough at the label.
