I found a net site that listed test results and rankings of many different multivitamin brands, and this exact product was in the best of the best, ranked high up near the very top. It competed with much more expensive multi's. I'm happy with the majority of the make-up of the ingredient listing, and happy to not have to spend more than this!

Within a couple of weeks of starting the Life Force multi's, I noticed an increase in energy and alertness without side effects. I've also noticed a real decrease in my carb cravings! Hooray! I was so impressed by this brand and this product, that I ordered the Men's Life Force for hubby and he has noticed an improvement as well. Thanks Swanson, for offering a great product at reasonable pricing!

I bought these for my son, who is in college. They have everything a person needs for health and energy. He says he nearly chokes when attempting to swallow them. I would recommend this brand, with reservation. I will choose something else for my son next time.

I came upon this product when I was browsing the internet and found a consumer site that rated 50 different vitamin brands for quality, absorbability and effectiveness. This product was second from the top. The top rated item was much more expensive. This has everything I was purchasing seperately in one bottle. I am very happy with this product except the lage pill size is sometimes difficult to swallow. Next time I'll get the caps.

I have had trouble in the past with multi-vitamins, causing nausea in the morning. I am never nauseated with this product even when I do not have anything in my stomach. It is the best ! I have taken this for five years and Swanson has the best price.

I had tried this multi with Iron from a local retailer and loved them, they gave me such an energy boost (Didn't love the local price) so I found these with no Iron added for fractions of what I paid in town on Swansons site so I bought them. I don't quite get the energy boost with No Iron, I still like these Multi and I am torn on if I will stick with the less expensive from Swansons or go local with the Iron added. Wish Swanson had the Iron added.

This multiple vitamin was recommended to me as one that is almost totally absorbed in the body unlike others which have fillers and binders which don't dissolve. I can say that judging from how much better I feel after taking it, the recommendation must be true. Swanson has the best price I have found on the product. I also like the fact that I can get the easier to swallow capsule form from Swanson too.

This is the best multiple on the market, only one is better and it's the mega version. Don't quote me but I read an independent study done by UC lab and this product scored the highest in body absorbtion at 98+% why waste money down the toilet if your body can't absorb it?

This is the best MVI on the market in my opinion. We have used it for many years and I have found nothing that compares to it. It may be pricey but so worth it.
