Swanson Hiactives Tart Cherry 465 mg 60 Capsules

I haven't been taking the tart cherry supplement too long so I'm not sure yet if it's really doing anything, but keeping at it. I had read so many good things about tart cherry that I tried drinking it but I just couldn't deal as it doesn't taste all that great and I didn't have anything daily that I could mix it into so this is a lot better. The caps are easy to take.

I heard about tart cherries the 1st time on a recent Dr. Oz show. I have since read several articles regarding same. I have been using Swanson's Tart Cherry for about 4-5 weeks and am quite pleased with it. Without being explicit I do seem to be experiencing some of the benefits attributed to them.Much more convenient than having to shop for the fruit. Would recommend this product to my friends.

I watched the Dr. Oz Show and he recommended Tart Cherry Juice as a sleep aid. I can't find the juice, so I bought the supplements. It works really well. I sleep deeply and wake up refreshed in the morning. No hangover effect in the morning.I recommend this supplement highly.

What's to review ... the expected Swanson Quality and effectiveness are just as you have come to know well. Look into this product and when you try it you won't be sorry you did. I take 23 morning supplements, and a "light lunch" of 4 followed by a supper of 8 more. Theses are raw "tabletl" numbers and some are 2 tablets at a time and three times per day as you know. I share this so you know I am serious but don't think I am excessive by any means. Raw whole foods, fish for "meat" and faithful HIGH QUALITY daily supplements is my routine and I am living the benefits. Swanson, and their Hi-Acties Tart Cherry are a long time and essential part of my ongoing efforts to maintain good health.

I tried this product a couple of years ago as I had read good things about it. I tried it as recomended on the lable and when I noticed no benefit after a month, I doubled the recomended lable dose. After three months at the double dose, I gave up and figured it just didn't work for me.In one of my recent orders I decided to try it again after reading all of the reviews and recomendations here, but still not effective for me. I won't be trying tart cherry anymore nor will I be recomending it.
