Swanson Hiactives Tart Cherry 465 mg 60 Capsules

I haven't been taking the tart cherry supplement too long so I'm not sure yet if it's really doing anything, but keeping at it. I had read so many good things about tart cherry that I tried drinking it but I just couldn't deal as it doesn't taste all that great and I didn't have anything daily that I could mix it into so this is a lot better. The caps are easy to take.

Been using this a month now and I've noticed that my "dash board knee" problem seems less of a problem. I feel more "limber" than usual. A bit early to tell yet as I'm taking a nunber of other items and not sure which is doing what....a happy synergistic effect. I love all of Swanson's "stuff." ;-)

I watched the Dr. Oz Show and he recommended Tart Cherry Juice as a sleep aid. I can't find the juice, so I bought the supplements. It works really well. I sleep deeply and wake up refreshed in the morning. No hangover effect in the morning.I recommend this supplement highly.

I take these pills to assist my eyes and my joints, mainly, just so you know. I have taken this specific pill brand off and on for around 3-6 months, and I belive that this cherry extract makes a positive difference for the health reasons listed above.The convience of being able to get some of the benefits of tart cherries at a reasonable price is another reason I take these pills. Now, to the other cool stuff!I wanted to see if these pills tasted like cherry juice, which for me, has been either a sweet, good juice, or a bitter, rotten-flavored tasting juice, and I was hoping that the cherry concentrate would taste like the real cherry juice, I opened most of the powder from the capsule into a cup, (which I tried some extract directly from the pill as well), added a small amount of water, mixed it, and drank it. No, it did not taste like cherry juice, or sweet, or rotten. The mixture tasted kind of bland, and maybe slightly tart.Now after saying all of that, I do not know if that has anything to do with the effectiveness of the cherry extract, but if you ever were wondering if cherry powder from these pills tasted like the fresh fruit or juice, well here is my 2 cents.

I tried these on a whim after reading the description and was extremely pleased.I purchased more and my husband began taking them. He too noticed a marked decrease in knee discomfort.We are both are impressed with the effectivness and the more-than-affordable cost!

I don't know if it does what is says - but I like the taste of them! I open them into my oatmeal and I even use one in my pot of chocolate coffee!All it is is ground tart cherry powder in a capsule - really easy to open and pour into my foods.Does it help? I don't know but I'm willing to give it a try!
