Winter in FL is not for the weak. I like a cold day, but not when the wind is whipping through as well making the cold day colder. I was looking for a heater for my porch, where I sit and have my coffee and came across this small portable electric heater. It does actually blow out hot air, oscillates, and you can adjust the heat temperature up and down. This is for indoor use, but our porch is covered/enclosed and it works fantastic. I had to adjust a few times because I got too warm. 10/10 recommend, especially if you have a small space like an office, den, or bedroom you want to use it in.

I have nicknamed my space heater as mighty mouth. for the money it is well worth the value. The instructions to operate could have been a little bit better. there are no pictures to show what must be done. I eventually figured it out, but that was the most difficult red instructions I've ever seen

Wrong spec info and wrong reviews misled me into purchasing this item. This heater is 1500 Watts not 1200 Watts as advertised. I purchased this for 3 advertised reasons: 1200watts, fire retardant, the 4.5 review score and being deemed a "best seller". Turns out, most of the 5 star reviews are for a diaper product. So far, it is working ok but many reviews say the heater will stop functioning after about a month or 2. The remote comes with a battery and does not require batteries to be purchased as some seller ads say. I thought the seller was the manufacturer, but this comes in a generic box. The the safety features on the box are convincing. I can't gauge the actual temp since the readings are higher than the actual ambient temp (likely from the heating component itself) . Can't see the temp adjustment settings in any other mode accept Eco. But mine might be defective in that regard. I can't gauge the actual temp for what setting to leave it at. So I have to manually turn it off when it gets to a comfortable temp; otherwise it keeps running. After reading so many negative reviews about it failing in a month or two, I can only wonder how long it will work? Questionable. I recommend using on a cool hardwood floor and not elevated on a table, dresser or carpet. The people who have used it on a dresser have photos of the bottom melting. There are other sellers of this generic "PTC Fan Heater" and maybe there is a 1200 watt version, But the box says 1500watts. I do like the look and that it's designed to be quiet. But ECO is taking too long to heat my room (high ceilings and a draft). Lastly, it has a heat dissipation mode that cools the air when things go above the set temp. Trying to set the actual temp I'd like only starts to cools the room instead of heat it up. Since the temps read higher than if feels, I have to use higher guess settings. It does not feel 80 in here (I do have a draft) . Only the 1500 watt setting is getting things cozy. But in that mode, I can't see the /- setting for the desired temp on the display. Do I set it 10 degrees higher than what I want? It has yet to turn off by itself. I'll try setting it really low to test the thermostat.

Instruction manual that came with this heater is very basic does not provide much detail on how to use it. The temperature gauge on it is not accurate. I was not able to get it to display in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius so I emailed the support. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything back. Although it does heat up very well the functioning of it is more trouble than it's worth.

Although I am perfectly satisfied with all aspects of this unit I cannot give it more than 2 stars as the Oscillating feature DOES NOT WORK! Should it sell for less and the Oscillating feature be deleted from the specs I would happily give it 5 stars.

It heated pretty good however it just quit working in less than a month. The instructions on the settings are not clear at all! it was off one day and I heard the digital display sound come from a few times and when I reach the heater it wouldn't turn on after that. I would definitely look into purchasing something different.

I purchased this heater for my office, and although it has multiple modes, the heating performance has been very poor. The temperature cannot be set to stay consistent, and the unit shuts off automatically on its own. After about 2–3 months, it began shutting down repeatedly — sometimes up to five times in a single day. After only four months of use, it has now stopped working entirely and will not turn back on.

Unfortunately, one of the worst purchases I've made so far online from Walmart. Products came brand new, unfortunately, the on and off button did not work. I had to literally pick it up to make it shut off, and sometimes it didn't. I would have to unplug it from the wall, still running, which is dangerous. I'll be returning it.

Delivered 11/28/25 today is 1/23/26.......it died today using Eco mode. (the ONLY setting I used) PLUS, I did NOT use it much at all.......maybe an hour or two a day to warm up my room......and it was NOT used daily. Where is it now? In the trash.......look, I am on a tight budget (aren't we all these days) so I really have to look at what I purchase......this seemed like a good unit.....reviews were mostly good. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET THIS! Seriously......just, don't.

This heater is HORRIBLE! You'll never get it to work because the English translation from the Chinese is insane. Totally impossible. I returned it today. It looks really junky, the way the cord was wound leads me to believe that it was returned before , please don't waste your time or money.
