It took no time to put the wheels on and make it operational...It cleaned up a pile of files that had been 'stacked up' in the bed room......sure helps in tidying up the room.

Very nice mobile file cabinet. Already assembled on shipment except the handles and coasters . Very compact with plenty of space inside for all the files you need. Price very affordable and shipment was free as I am a plus member at the Sam's club. Love the color white as it matches the rest of my furniture. Thank you so much for your product.

Great item, except for flaw design. Where you attach wheels, casters, to bottom front is designed well, but I wonder why they wouldn't design that back the same way. An odd setup on rear wheels, base of cabinet. Solid piece to attach wheels on front base. The back doesn't have a solid base. It has plates to attach casters. It's a weird concept. It would have been more sensible to create the rear base of the cabinet, the same as the front. If you buy it, you'll know what I mean. Some items allow you to attach wheels permanently. Push wheels into pre-drilled holes until it clicks, permanently locking into place on the base, %26 won't come apart. That would have been an even better idea.

While the cabinet itself is very nice, the instructions should have been clearer. I am 66 years old and I was putting this together myself. When it came to putting the screws in the casters, I was sure that the screws were too big because I couldn't get them to screw in. I sent an e-mail to Hirsh Customer Service and told them that if they didn't send me the right screws I would sent the item back. I got a response explaining that the screws are self tapping and that I had to really push on them to get them to go in. It was suggested that I use a battery powered screwdriver. Well what if I don't have one. So I really pushed on the screws and was able to get them in. I sent them an e-mail back telling them that maybe their instructions should explain that for those of us who don't know what self-tapping screws are. zi am sure I wouldn't have been so frustrated if I had known this.

It arrived without the key to lock it. I had it delivered because it's to big for me to pick up at the store. Now I have to figure out what to do about the missing key.

This file cabinet looks really nice in my office but it's cheaply constructed and the drawers don't line up square. Also once the top drawer is filled, it's hard to open and close. - Lots of “play” when opening and closing the drawers. I'm thinking of using my old behemoth 2 drawer file cabinet and painting it as the quality is superb.

The file drawers don't pull out enough and when they are half open the cabinet tips forward. Very cute but very poor quality. I wish I returned it when I could.

This product is made from very thin sheet metal, and it came with a dent in the rear corner but not bad enough for me to go through the process of returning it. It looks good but very cheaply made. I am not going to send photos because it will not matter how it looks it's how it's made.

Delivery or assembly was bad…came with dents.
