Spectracide Wasp & Hornet Killer Aerosol, Twin Pack, 20 Ounces

Was having problems finding something to kill the Carpender ants that I cumulated in my house. I had this from killing wasps outside for my grandson so I grab this and it did the job . It worked great .

This is a must have if you have a wasp nest. If you follow the directions and keep your distance when spraying, this is a really safe way to cover a nest so that the hornets or wasps don't come at you. Then after waiting a while you can just knock the best done.

Discovered a large (5-6") wasp or hornet nest underneath the ramp to my front door. Normal flying insect spray put me too close as these guys were easily agitated. This worked great as I could flood the area from about 10' away. Very happy. They died quickly without a lot of escapee's.

Kinda works. Wasps are just so darn resistant. You have to get the spray right on the little pests for it to work. Trying to put the spray in the nest does not work. It's like the little critters just fly in and out laughing. I will continue to use the spray on the hopes that we can get rid of enough of th wasps so that the nest is abandoned.

This spray allows me to hit the nest from a safe distance. If the nest is saturated, the wasps don't seem to come back. If the nest is hidden and can't be hit directly, they often return. Wasps that are hit usually fly away. Sometimes they are knocked down and die. It seems this spray is not as effective as it was originally, when it almost always knocked them down. Either it's not as strong or the wasps are adapting a resistance to it. I prefer this brand and it does a good job of safely hitting the wasps and nests, but would be much better if it had a better kill rate.

Does not kill on contact. I don't know if it is due to the product's make-up, or the ingenuity of the wasps that I have, but as much as I spray, they keep coming back. They are all going to into a crevice that is located under my front door, so I can't see what is going on. Also, a decent quantity remains in the can that won't dispense anymore, so there is waste. In that respect, I am glad it is a two pack. I probably would buy again just the same.

I used to really like this brand to kill wasp. But the last few times I've bought and used it, it takes a lot sprayed on the wasp to kill them! It wont kill them immediately! I think they changed the formula possibly? There is definitely a change in the potency. I am searching for a better spray for future use in killing wasp/bees faster!

Not effective, sprayed on nest and the wasps flew off. Have used a different brand before, that spray killed on contact. With this product the insects flew off or crawled away.
