Better than minced
Chopped is better than minced. Nothing beats freshly sliced garlic bulbs, but this is good in recipes

I love this! So much less prep. I do a lot of Instant Pot and Crockpot cooking and use this in almost all of my recipes!

Jar was open, package was wet when delivered.
Jar arrived open, inside of packaging was wet. Don't buy from this seller. No refunds are offered from this seller unless you return the merchandise. Other customers had the same experience. I did not read their reviews until it was too late. Use bubble wrap.
