taste like sugar, however i recommend liquid for coffee or other hot drinks. the granular you can taste even mixed well. also dont measure the same as sugar this is much sweeter. if you use 2 teaspoon of regular sugar then use only 1 or maybe 1 1/2 teaspoon of this becauese if you do equal part the monk fruit os much sweeter so i suggest less and taste before adding more.
Used it for the last 5 years and lost 200 pounds. Naturally, by using this to quit sugar. It takes some getting used to, but once you do, the scale will not great stuff. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Trying to quit the sugar addiction and I am totally serious over 200 pounds. In three years one hundred percent naturally and this was one of the main reasons
What I love about this sweetener! It doesn't have a funky after taste, like most sweeteners do its 100% NATURAL! Just filtered water, and concentrated Munk Fruit extract. Splenda didn't even add their yellow packet chemical sweetener, that does things I don't want happening in my body. It's convenient to carry with you, and even my local hospital has no objections to letting me use it, as a replacement to the chemical sweeteners they offer patients. It doesn't take a lot to sweeten even bitter coffee, or your home made smoothie. I always have a bottle with me, and I think you want one with you, too.
omg this has been amazing for me. I was getting prediabetic and started using this in plain yogurt, in my waffle recipes, etc. it's amazing! and my blood sugar levels went way down. I can't digest stevia , no effects from mink fruit though. 1 tsp equals 1/3 C sugar per their website so a little goes a long way. only thing I don't use it with is chocolate. otherwise very versatile!
This is a great product. I use it every day in my coffee. It's expensive to use daily in your coffee. So if you're willing to pay seven dollars for a container that's gonna last maybe a week and a half for daily coffee use. It would be a great addition for a sweetener.
I am prediabetic and I don't want to take medication the rest of my life. This is a great swap for sugar. I drink iced coffee all day long. Now I don't have to sacrifice what I love! It could be a bit sweeter and I can still taste the chemical aftertaste a bit.
This is one of the few Monkfruit sweeteners that does not contain erythritol, which gives me headaches. It's almost all monkfruit. It's a little bottle but very sweet so you don't use much. Love it.
If you are trying to avoid sugar, sucralose, erythritol, and still want to add sweet taste to your coffee or tea or maybe your smoothee, this Splenda brand monk fruit zero calorie sweetener may be what you are searching for. It dissolves instantly into your favorite cup and does taste more natural than those other sweeteners.
This is such a simple way to use sweetener. It's not messy like the powder you don't get it everywhere. It's not as sweet as Splenda but of course I don't think it's supposed to be because it doesn't raise your blood sugar. I've been trying to get off of splendor and this does the trick.
This product is way too expensive. It's not a good taste either. It is easy to use but not worth the money. It didn't even make the coffee sweet. Don't buy. Way too expensive as I said before
