I'm Loving It!
I've been taking Sports Research - Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for a month now and I'm loving it. I used to take apple cider vinegar mixed with water and it was becoming more and more difficult to get past the taste. These easy to swallow capsules accomplish the same thing without any difficulty or harsh taste and with the added benefit of cayenne pepper. I highly recommend these pills to help aid your digestion and gut health.

Convenient Supplement
I have been doing keto this month and don't love the taste of apple cider vinegar in the morning, so this is a perfect supplement for my diet. It is so easy to take the pill that already has the cayenne pepper in the formula, so it saves time as well. It was also great for travel as I did not need to bring the apple cider with me on a business trip and got to stick to my diet.

Love this medicine works great
I'm so happy to receive these Apple cider vinegar pills as we just ran out of ours because my husband takes these everyday and says they work great so this helped us out alot thanks for the product I would recommend to all family and friends

So far no issues.
So far been using for a few weeks and I can say I had no issues or side effects so far. Can't tell it's working or not but can definitely taste the strong vinegar smell and taste when u put a few in your mouth. Just wish the pack I got included more then one month supply.

I struggled with the taste of vinegar however these pills have very little taste or smell.

Very strong!
The Apple Cider Vinegar capsules from Sports Research are okay, very strong! Especially the cayenne pepper. The smell and taste are a bit much, even for a capsule version. I don't think I'd get them again. I have acid reflux issues and they weren't great for that.
