I received this product to review. I would highly recommend it. It gave me back my glow that I lost. I am 50 years old and happy to say I got my glow back. My skin looked fatigued and tired before taking this product. My skin is looking smoother all over. I am losing inches of fat all over my body. My digestion is back to regular. It has helped me tremendously with the gas in my stomach. I could sleep so much better now that I don't have those terrible gas bubbles in my stomach. I was starting a low carb diet with the help of a dietician when the opportunity to try Fresh Raw Premium Apple Cider Vinegar with Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon & Cayenne Pepper Ultimate Diet Control dietary supplement came along. My dietician reccomend Ed plenty of whole foods and had no objection to me including an AppleCider Vinegar supplement. The pills are easy to take, large but not hard to swallow, I take 1 pill with each meal as the directions recommend. I've never been on a diet before. So far I'm please and don't feel hungry or deprived. I believe the supplements are helping.

Apple cider vinegar can have lots of benefits so it is pretty awesome to find it in a supplement. As a woman who is prone to yeast infections anything that might help is most welcome. Plus the weight loss and cholesterol benefits you can't go wrong. It can be a little difficult to take all 3 at once but you get used to it. They do taste a bit like apple cider vinegar but way better than just drinking it outright.

I've been wanting to get the benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar but I don't like the thought of drinking it straight. I'm so happy I found it in an easily digestible form. I received this product for my honest opinion by Spark Review. I had take 3 capsules daily with each meal. If you do not like the smell of vinegar, you might not like taking these. It does have a strong smell of vinegar when you open the bottle. As far as taste, I did not notice any and I did not have an after taste, they did not repeat on me. I did not notice any changes in my weight, digestion system or joint relief. Not sure as sugar levels as I do not have any issues with my blood sugar. The capsules are easy to swallow.

I've been taking these Apple Cider Vinegar capsules for three weeks. The capsules do have a slight vinegar smell. I was worried that they would cause stomach upset, or nasty burps like some other supplements I have taken in the past. So for the first week I made sure to take them with a meal, with no burps or stomach upset. The second week I tried taking them on an empty stomach. I was pleasantly surprised, no adverse effects, no heartburn! I suffer from constipation. I noticed from day two or three my constipation was completely gone!!This product made me regular! This was a benefit I didn't expect!! I was excited about trying this product because of the claims that it will lower your blood sugar and reduce inflammation. I am sixty years old so both would be beneficial to my health. I checked my blood sugar before I began taking the supplements, It was 104. Today I tested again, my blood sugar was 122! This isn't a perfect science, obviously diet and exercise play the major roll! The other claim was reducing inflammation. I did not notice a reduction in my Arthritis pain either. As with most natural supplements benefits are not seen overnight, and maybe three weeks was not long enough to get the beneficial results I was hopping for, I don't know. The fact that it made me regular, is part of getting a healthy gut, which is huge in obtaining better health!

I'm a regular vitamin taker. Multivitamins, b12, vitamin C, etc. so I thought these would fit well in my regimen. However, after consistently taking I could tell no difference regarding anything. That's one must for me with vitamins is that I need to be able to tell after a while what effect it is having.
