This doesn't work for me the way I want it to. L-theanine makes me tired. Caffeine wakes me up. Together, they don't help me focus, which is why I bought this. I stopped taking before I finished the bottle.

I am very happy with my product! Ever since I started taking it I feel there's an energy that I have obtained, combined with a focus and the ability to do projects that I had put in the maybe later shelf. I have an excitement that has returned to my life. I believe that this is a God-sent product for me. I strongly reccomend it. I even told my wife about it and she let me buy it for her! I'm not a fan of most pre-workouts but wanted something other than coffee to perk me up for morning workouts. This is an awesome way to get that consistent energy.

I REALLY Like this brand I mainly get it from Costco but they only carry so much in this brand ! It was mentioned to me that this would be helpful after taking Xanax for a bit and STOPPING IT , I was getting some neuropathy in my feet and legs , who knew , UGH ! I like that it has caffeine even though I really didn't feel the one without made me real relaxed I still found the caffeine helpful . Reviews are all over the place these days ! Many of us count on them to be honest but it's definitely getting harder ! Take with a grain of salt in knowing to each their own and Not one body is the same !

This is a great product for pre-workout and exercise. I have great energy with no adverse Jitters or anxiety . The addition of medium chain triglycerides also adds to smooth sustained Energy.

I've only been using this for a few days. I'm trying to wean myself of larger doses of caffeine from pre workouts and energy drinks. I would say I feel an uptick in energy without jitters.
