SPRI Conditioning Rope, 18 Feet

The 18foot conditioning rope is now the best piece of workout gear I own. I've lost over 100lbs in the past, but with everything going on and being home it was starting to come back. I like to switch up my workouts and this conditioning rope is perfect for that. Its a great way to get my heart rate up before jumping on the elliptical. Im not looking for big muscles, just trying to lose a few lbs and slightly tone my arms. The quality of the conditioning rope is fantastic and has no separated at all while using. Normal wear and tear but nothing that would precent me from using it. The handles have a strong rubber grip and it also comes with an insert with a few exercises to get you going. The length is nice for a smaller work out area in my basement, but provides the perfect amount of weight to get me started. I've been using this everyday and has been awesome. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to shed some pounds with cardio and tone their arms at the same time. Anybody can use it!

This rope wore me out within the first ten minutes lol! It is an absolute total body workout! It comes 18 feet long and 1.5 inch thickness. Meaning its big enough for a great workout but still small enough to use in your own home! It's high quality, professional, durable conditioning rope. Ideal for high-intensity, function focused workouts to build core and arm strength, enhance grip and boost stamina. It was easy to hold and not slip. So in all this is a great workout tool!! I highly recommend getting one I promise you won't regret it! I am so glad I own one now just wish I would have got it sooner!

Nice thickness and easy to hold on to. Great length and easy of the hands even without gloves on. Well constructed and no signs of easy to come apart. Highly Recommend it.

Provides a real good workout. I was looking for an additional workout without having to buy and use bulky equipment along with the cost of them. This really does the trick. Exercise every day with it. Really gets the heart going. I am really happy with my decision to get the SPRI Conditioning Rope.

If you're looking for something to strengthen your upper body, arms, shoulders and core, this is must have product. its a good addition to home gym. You can feel the burn in your arms in under a minute of using this rope. Can't wait to see the results after a few months of using this. Its a great product for a great price

OMG, this is an Awesome rope!! You better already be IN condition and have used other ropes close to this weight or you will have great difficulty starting with this level...!!! This rope is Eleven and a half pounds and Solid Thick Superb quality that will last for many years if taken care of...Not for the feint of heart!! My nephew did two minutes and I thought I might need to call an ambulance, but he survived...barely!! LOL Thank you!!!

I have been trying to lose weight for a minute now. I just purchased me a treadmill and then this small little gym system helps me work out even more. The rope helps me work on my arms and stay focused on the task. It also makes me feel like I'm using my abdominal muscles when squatting to do the rope exercises.
