SPRI Flat Bands, Resistance Stretch Band Kit, 3 Pack (Light, Medium, Heavy)

I don't know what the fuzz of not knowing which is what. Probably they lack of the use of common sense. Listen, sorry. Read. Buy it before price is jacked or no more. Am recovering from a motorcycle accident and this a alternative to weights, it actually tuning my body already. I stretch far and no sign of tearing up. Am glad that I got them, lite and they don't take space. from now on they will be in my luggage when ever am traveling. O=Light B=Medium G= Heavy.

Quite a clearance find under $7.00, three therabands light, medium, and heavy as printed on each individual band. Great for PT prescribed daily exercises with good results.

These bands do the job they were intended for. They are strong and seem to hold up well. I recently started physical therapy and decided to buy these to be able to do the exercises at home. Amazing deal for the price.

Based on the price, I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise these are nice bands. There are 3 in box, each has different resistance (light, medium, heavy)

Never received the exercise bands

Including the bands themselves, the box, the exercise guide, and the care and safety guide, nowhere does this priduct specify which color is which resistance. Its pretty clear the orange is the lightest but i cant tell between the grey and blue
