Great until gyms reopen, for travel, etc.
Great band for maintaining training during travel, if home bound, etc. Stretches comparable to tricep presses, bicep curls, squats, shrugs, bench presses and more by standing on the band, holding short of handles, knotting the band and so on. Easy to be creative!

Good Resistance Band
I have used this resistance tube band for years. I'm 72 years old female, and it's just the right resistance for me. After a period of time, the tube will break at the handle and I've had to replace it. I do my exercises daily and I perhaps buy a new one every year or so. I'm happy with my purchase.

Money well spent!!
Love this!! Getting a lot of use out of this, as I loop it around the front of my stationary bike, and double my workout!! Just by looping it different ways I can create an entire arm workout while pedaling!! Great handles, well made, and great resistance. Awesome value if you use it!! Working out great!!

First time I used the band for exercise, surprisingly definitely gave me a good workout. I should have gotten the medium resistance. That's what I ordered but I got the. Heavy resistance Still able to work through it and had a nice workout. I would recommend this product to anybody.
