The magnesium carbonate in this product reacts with the citric acid in it to produce magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of magnesium. Tastes good and it's a great price too. It's a nice fruity taste and not too strong. I recommend adding a full scoop to a 1 quart bottle of water and letting it sit for 15 to 30 minutes to fully react. Then sipping on it throughout the day or split it up into three portions. I really appreciate that they use beet powder instead of artificial dyes for the coloring and have an all natural sweetener as well.

i take it because it has the same ingredients like tye Calm brand. this brand works just as well if not better than the name brand. Its taste is really good and I fall asleep faster. This is a nice, natural, non addictive supplement

This powder magnesium is a must. It's easily absorbed into your favorite drink without hurting your stomach. It helps with my anxiety and gives me a calm feeling so I take it before bed. Plus you can't beat the price. Especially when powders are usually more expensive because they have no problem de solving like pills often do.

I mix this with my Natural calm nightly before bed. The low price of this makes the natural calm last a lot longer. Took a star away for the taste, it's not awful but not as good as Natural Calm. Still have same results as using only Natural Calm alone.

I was so glad to see that this was available once again. I had been using the Calm brand but it's rather expensive and I don't like the sour flavor of it. This is definitely more economical and has a more palatable toned down taste
