Spring Valley Organic Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil, 6 fl oz

I really feel like this is making a difference with my digestion, energy level and inflammation in my belly area. I take a teaspoon in the late evening and it helps calm my otherwise irritable belly. I wish I had found this stuff sooner. I recommend it.

A close friend recommended this product for my knee inflammation. I have tried everything, ice, rest, ibuprofen, alleve, etc etc....I noticed a difference on the first day of usage... Although, it didnt completely remove the stiffness from my arthritis... my knee does feel better!

great product if you have inflammation..pain in your knees or feet or legs rub this into those areas..you'll be happy you did..

someone recommended this to me. I've been taking one teaspoon every morning one hour before breakfast for 7 days now. WOW! I am amazed! I am 80 years old and I have more energy, less pain, and sleep better. This I will continue!

My only downside to this is the taste. The taste is horrible, but it was a bit pricey, but going forward I will go with the the capsule and stay away from the liquid. Because it's not for me.

It works! I take to aid digestion and that's what it does. Doesn't taste very good but it's tolerable.

I don't remember why I thought I wanted to try this, probably for my skin. Directions are to take 1 teaspoon and I figured can't be that bad... OH BOY I am never doing that again! I would use it for topical or hair but I could not get that bitter taste out of my mouth... and it was as if it coagulated and got stuck somewhere on the way down. NOPE. NO THANK YOU. Not ever taking another taste. Yikes!

Falsely labeled. Check ingredients, and you'll see it isn't real black seed oil. So it doesn't fulfill its purpose. Don't waste your money. Order it online elsewhere

It's not Hexane free. If your Black Seed Oil does not state Hexane Free you must pass it up. Hexane is used in the processing of some oils. When used with oil you invest it causes cancer, asthma and many other things. It's not an "if" it's a "when" thing. It's the entire reason for the big move in the pronto industry with toxic chemicals they found were being used in Toner (not jet) printers. This product is being returned. Should also be cold pressed and organic

there was no issue with the driver the issues is due to the product itself... I've tried it before without any problems yet this bottle or batch was obviously rancid to the taste beyond what black seed oil should ever taste
