Rejuvenated
I've been using Spring Valley Standardized Extract Pomegranate 400mg once daily for 27 days. My stomach has felt much better, my skin looks great, and when my allergies try to get me down I recover within 2 days instead of a week or more. Very happy with results I'm seeing. Definitely a new staple in my routine.

Great antioxidant.
I have circulatory issues and have a lot of trouble with mild cellulitis in my legs. The antioxidant in Pomegranate juice seems to help. It got harder, and harder to find the juice so I tried this. It seems to work nearly as well.

Joint health
Great for joints. My husband said he noticed that his knees no longer ache. They are a bit pricy and I wish we could get bigger bottles. Also, hard to find.

Always Do The Math!! Cost per dose is everything.
I like Spring Valley products but they are way too pricy. This is only 30 doses for $9. There are other great brand names half the price. Swanson 60 doses $9. You don't have to be fooled by priceflation, we can all make them bring prices back down with desernment.

fed ex laid it in front of the building and someone else got it. They should not be able to deliver anything to anyone.

Very bad
Very bad item. I opened the cane and it shows the majority of the capsules are opened and its like powdered in the bottle. I hate it. I wish I get it refunded. I'll never order this item again.
