Great value, needed for iron supplements
Best value I found. Needed along with an iron supplement to increase absorption in your digestive track. I have lifelong mild anemia so need iron supplements.

Economical and easy to take!
We all need Vitamin C and most of us do not get enough of it. I take 1500 mg daily. in the winter then drop down to 500 mg daily in the summer months. The body will get rid of what it doesn't use. Spring Valley is economical and easy to take. I haven't had a full blown cold in years, I believe it's because of Spring Valley Vitamin C.

When I get blood work done I always check out with enough vitamins and I don't have many colds so I think they work well.

I guess their adding "C" to my body! How do I know? There also is a lot of sugar in each tablet, like a sweet tart.

Very sour
Chewing this is like eating a bad sour head. It is pretty gross. My husband and I had to run and get water after we both tried them. I will still eat them because of the nutritional value. The price is also great, but the taste is pretty bad.
