With the Triple Omega you get two additional supplements than you get with just plain fish oil and for a little less money. The additional ingrediants (omega 6 and omega 9) are vital for heart health and antinflamation and certain female hormones. Good aid in cholestrol control. You can't go wrong taking this product IMO.

My PCP recommended Spring Valley supplements along with a balanced diet. I've found they are very affordable and good quality. I've had no adverse effects in taking them whatsoever. Always consult with your doctor when taking a new supplement regiment.

I initially began using Omega 3 Supplements when I started making Home Made Cat Food for my Feline Companion. Looking up and reading about the Omega 3 sources included in this one I learned that there are more than a couple sources of this beneficial nutrient and how they help to support your health. Only 1 gel cap does it and there's no taste at all, so I've started adding it to my daily routine as well!

I take one every morning. They really help with my joint and hip pain. I highly recommend trying them. My Ibuprofen intake has decreased significantly because of these. I highly recommend trying them.

I've been told by my doctor that I need to take fish capsules for over 10 years. I've never taken them because all the ones I've tried. I get a taste in my mouth. These do not you can take these and not worry about it or burp fish

I like Spring Valley supplements. This product is a must have item in one's daily regimen! It may cause you to burp a lot if you have acid reflux but it will subside. Price has gone up 50% - that may be a store issue.

I've been taking these triple omega-3s, primarily for my eyesight, but haven't noticed any difference with any eye pain or my eyesight. I also have arthritis and have not noticed any improvement in motion or pain reduction. Maybe I consume enough vitamins normally. I am not sure why my response is so different from the majority of the reviews but as it stands of right now, I see no advantage of taking them.

Very hard to swallow. I usually get the 1/2 size capsules from Walgreen's and I will be going back to those when these are gone. They do not give you the fish burps, though.
