Square Enix Final Fantasy XVI - PlayStation 5 Game

Never really played final fantasy games until this one. It has really long cut scenes and boss battles. Also has superior graphics. overall it's a good game for around $20.

This game is a blast to play from beginning to end, and once it ends, you have new game to look forward to. It deviates from Final Fantasy's usual turn based combat for an action game approach. I would give it a try if you like swords and sorcery; the story is wonderful and gripping from start to finish.

great game, a lot of playabilty, and is great game, then you plug the price in and it becomes greater

graphics are great, short load times, awesome responsiveness, the game played and combat mechanics are pretty sweet

this game puts you in the shoes of Clive rossfield (voiced by the immaculate Ben Starr) as you try to solve your brothers murder and a crisis that is slowly making the world they live in uninhabitable, this story has heavy themes of slavery and overall other dark themes, the game is a little heavy in side quests in the final stretch but honestly if you want an engaging action game that makes you think about some heavy topics, I fully recommend this title

a darker toned ff which works well for a more mature audience. they probably feel like they need more leeway like other developers such as suckerpunch, rockstar, or naughty dawg. i enjoyed my playthrough which clocked in at around 80 hours but i did all the side content which was just as memorable most of the time as the main story but the only gripe here is framerate issues on graphics mode on my base ps5. guess thats why they made the pro huh sony? lol..oh well

i only bought this game bc it was $20. im not a fan of modern FF games imo square's older FF titles from 90s are superior...imo their modern FF isn't as good. FF 16 have it's pros and cons. i like story an charactors in this particular game but i do not like the combat. it's real time and you only control one character. i do not prefer real time combat in my FF games i prefer original turn based style. i also as mentioned earlier do not like fact that i can only control one character..back in day in older 90s FF games you control up to 4 characters. imo modern FF games including this game is "watered down" and it's also very easy. to me, FF16 feels like an action game not an RPG. square needs to go back to turn base. there's a reason why gamers still talk about FF4,FF6, FF7 bc they are GOOD..as for FF16, this game will be forgotten...unfortunately

you guys can make an option to pick up in store and not force us to curbside pick up, i know i placed the order online for a pick up but i ended up coming there to get some more items and since i was there i wanted to pick up the order i placed online which was available right there in the shelf but was asked to come pick up the next day at the curbside cause it was a curbside pick scheduled for the next day, not a good experience.
